We will guide you through the buying process and advise on the best options available based on your criteria.

Armed with the brief, we then run a complete market search within your chosen area. That entails liaising with every single local estate agents as well as our own network of contacts to find the best properties available On and Off market. A complete market search usually takes a couple of weeks.
Things will go quite quickly at that stage. From the search results, we will then agree together on a shortlist of the top 10/15 properties (or more). We will organise the viewings schedule and visit these properties together.
We schedule the visits based on your availabilities and accompany you, so you can concentrate on the property, without being sold by an estate agent. 93% of our clients put an offer on a property after this first visit. And the reason is simple. Because the groundwork and market screening have already been done, we will have identified by that time the best properties available, making the entire process much more efficient for you.
When you decided on a property, we will then enter into the negotiations process. We are experts at negotiating, with years of experience, market knowledge and insights. The objective of the sellers and their agent is to get the highest price possible. Our mission is to negotiate the lowest price possible for our clients. We are incentivised in achieving that and proud ourselves on making our service self-funded through tough negotiations.
Once the offer accepted, we then work with your own team or if needed, we can recommend you independent and trusted local lawyer, notary, surveyor, architect, mortgage broker, tax advisor, currency transfer, etc. We act as one point of contact throughout the process and coordinate with all parties ensuring that the Due Diligence is done thoroughly and that the transaction goes through to completion safely and professionally.
When all satisfied with the Due Diligence checks, the private contract will be signed between you the buyer and the seller. This contract will state the date of completion, which will be at the notary/lawyer’s office, where the Title Deeds will be signed by all parties, and keys handed over.
